These Donation Terms & Conditions govern all donations made to Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation through our website or any associated electronic payment platforms. By making a donation, you agree to these Donation Terms & Conditions.

1. Voluntary Nature of Donations
All donations made to Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation are voluntary. Donations are given freely and without expectation of goods, services, or benefits in return.

2. Eligibility to Donate
By making a donation, you confirm that:
You are legally permitted to make the donation
The funds used belong to you or you are authorized to use them
You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

3. Purpose and Use of Donations
Donations are used to support the mission, programs, projects, and operational costs of Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation. Funds will be applied where they are most needed unless a donation is specifically restricted by the donor.

4. Restricted and Unrestricted Donations
Restricted donations will be used for their stated purpose where reasonably possible. If a restriction cannot be fulfilled, Goshen reserves the right to allocate the funds in a manner consistent with its mission.

5. Donation Amounts and Frequency
Donors may choose to make:
One-time donations
Recurring donations, where available
All donation amounts are at the discretion of the donor.

6. Payment Methods
Donations may be made using the payment methods displayed on our website. These may include electronic or mobile payment options provided by third-party service providers.

7. Third-Party Payment Processors
Donation payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation does not store or have access to full credit card, debit card, or banking details.

8. Transaction Security
We take reasonable steps to ensure that donation transactions are secure. However, no online transaction is completely risk-free, and Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Donation Confirmation and Receipts
Where applicable, donors will receive confirmation of their donation by electronic means. Receipts may be issued for record-keeping purposes.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
•Duplicate donations
•Processing errors
•Unauthorized transactions
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the donation date. With written application.

11. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If a donation transaction fails or is duplicated, donors are encouraged to contact Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved.

12. Donor Privacy and Confidentiality
Donor information is treated with confidentiality and used only for lawful purposes related to our activities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Tax Deductibility
Donations may be tax-deductible if permitted under the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Donors are responsible for confirming their own tax obligations and eligibility.

14. Currency and Fees
Donations may be subject to currency conversion rates or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. These fees are beyond the control of Goshen Christian Community Development Organisation.

15. Errors and Disputes
Any concerns, errors, or disputes relating to donations should be reported promptly to allow for investigation and resolution.
